Saqoosha
Known by many for his trademark bear hat, Saqoosha is a programmer and the Chief Technology Officer at Whatever. Working primarily in Unity, he moves freely across a wide range of front-end-centered technologies, including Unreal Engine, TouchDesigner, JavaScript / TypeScript, Python, C / C++, and Swift. Going back and forth between software and hardware, digital and physical, and the real and the virtual, he translates technology into a language of experience and expression.
He combines engineering precision with a sense of play, and excels at turning complex ideas into intuitive experiences. Working across art, advertising, installations, and product development, he builds ideas into things that actually work.
In April 2014, he co-founded dot by dot inc. with Yusuke Tominaga. Since 2016, he has also served as CTO of COTODAMA. In 2019, he co-founded Whatever Co. He is also a professional drone racer with RAIDEN RACING.
