Rika Ono

Born and raised in Saitama, Rika Ono began her career at an advertising production company, where she handled accounting, general affairs, and served as the personal information audit manager for the PrivacyMark System, while also helping launch the company's owned media as an editor and writer. She later managed an online community, producing web content and organizing lectures, talk sessions, and workshops. Rika joined dot by dot inc. in July 2017 and Whatever in 2019. After working as Ground Control, where she focused on bringing the company's core values to life throughout the organization, she now serves as PR and Community Manager.
