Job Description
We embrace creativity and innovation across multiple disciplines. Our work includes but is not limited to branding, TV commercials, TV programs, product development, and launching new businesses. As a Producer, you'll oversee the lifecycle of a project, from proposal and contracting, through to production progression and final delivery/billing.
Required Skills & Experience
- Over 5 years of proven experience as a producer at an advertising agency or production company, with a track record managing project progression, budgeting, scheduling, and fostering client relationships.
- Experience in overseeing projects that involve collaboration with multiple companies.
- A keen interest in innovation and creating new concepts.
- Exceptional communication skills.

- Native-level Japanese proficiency
Preferred Experience and Abilities
- Experience in international projects.
- Established connections in a variety of sectors, such as media, advertising, art, and technology.
- Ability to self-regulate stress levels and maintain good physical health.
- Practical experience in developing and producing new businesses or products.

Working Conditions
- Employment Type: Full-time
- Work System: Flextime
- Working Hours: 40 hours a week (8-hour workday); main working hours are between 10:00 am and 7:00 pm.
- Work location: Roppongi 7-2-8, Minato, Tokyo at WHEREVER 7F (Telework options available).
