As part of our team, you'd be involved in an array of design activities: from conceptualizing ideas, creating logos/visual identity, orchestrating both online and offline experiences, designing interfaces, installations, to managing all types of communications.
Interestingly, we put a lot of focus on visualizing and actualizing our thoughts and concepts. Hence, the line between designers and art directors is blurred. One of the unique opportunities we provide is that our team members are involved in every step of the process, from participating in project proposals to carrying out design tasks.
Required Skills
- At least 1 to 3 years of professional experience in design.
NOTE: It's not required to have experience in all areas outlined in the "Job Description".
- Native-level Japanese proficiency
Desirable Experience & Abilities
- Experience in advertising creative planning/production.
- As a designer, being a key figure and driver in professional work.
- Experience in international projects.
- Individuals interested in addressing challenges by generating ideas and drafting strategies from scratch.

Working Conditions
- Employment Type: Full-time
- Work System: Flextime
- Working Hours: 40 hours a week (8-hour workday); main working hours are between 10:00 am and 7:00 pm.
- Work location: Roppongi 7-2-8, Minato, Tokyo at WHEREVER 7F (Telework options available).
