Born in Toyama, Japan, he spent his childhood in Italy, Spain, and Turkey for 13 years. Before moving to Tokyo, he studied the history of Entrepreneurship in Kyoto and graphic design in Osaka. Joined Hakuhodo i-studio in 2012 and was then assigned to Hakuhodo’s UX Design Department in 2017, before joining Whatever in 2022.
He specializes in the design and art direction in various fields, including UI, graphics, branding, installation, video, and exhibition, with a keen sense of typography.
He loves to check out the food section in department stores and watch movies. Awards received include NY ADC (GOLD), TOKYO ADC, TOKYO TDC, Japan Media Arts Festival, and WIRED Creative Hack Award (Grand Prix).
