Whatever Co. ("Company") sets forth the following privacy policy ("Policy") regarding the handling of information containing personal information ("User Information") related to users ("Users") of "MoAR" application, which is provided by the Company.

3. Acquisition Method

The Company collects User Information through the App, utilizing the Google ARCore Geospatial API.

4. Notification, Publication, Consent Obtainment and User Involvement Method

(1) Notification and Publication
The Company will provide notification and publication of the Policy by posting on the App or the Company's website.
(2) Consent Obtainment Method
Consent will be obtained when the App is launched for the first time.
(3) Suspension of User Information Acquisition
User Information acquisition can be suspended by uninstalling the App.

5. External Transmission, Third Party Provision and  Information Collection Module

(1) External Transmission
The collected User Information will be transmitted to the server of the hosting company, to which the Company outsources management.
(2) Third Party Provision
The Company may provide the collected User Information to third parties in cases described below.
○ When providing statistical data or other information in a form that does not allow identification of the user.
○ When disclosure or provision is required by law.

7. Revision

The Company will modify this Policy based on the Company's discretion. However, when a modification of User Information to be collected, purpose, or third party provision occurs, the Company will notify through the App or the Company's website, and obtain consent from Users again when the App is launched for the first time after the Policy is modified.
