emoc

Whatever

In this building, you can find "emoc," a gigantic yet elusive, mystical creature, always crying, waiting for someone. emoc cannot be contained in the building, and he peers into the distance from the rooftop, waiting for someone. He is shy but curious, and loves mischief. He will do his best to entertain passersby by wiggling his hips, or throwing food at them. It is said that emoc embodies all of the emotions of the people who use this building as a rendezvous point.

Whatever is a creative studio that aims to conceive unexplored ideas, and bring them to life by whatever means possible. Based in Tokyo, New York, Taipei, and Berlin, our multidisciplinary team allows us to produce innovative work in various creative fields such as advertising and brand design, to content productions such as TV shows, products, and service designs. By “thinking and making” under one roof, we strive to create beautiful experiences that can be talked and endeared by the people around the world.
